Role Overview: As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and APIs using the Django framework. You will manage the entire backend development process, including database modeling, asynchronous task management, and real-time updates. Your role involves integrating AI models, handling version control, and deploying applications using AWS services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Django Framework Management: Develop and maintain applications using the Django framework, ensuring adherence to best practices in project management and app architecture.
- REST API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework to support front-end functionality and third-party integrations.
- Database Model Management: Design, manage, and optimize database models, ensuring data integrity and performance, particularly with PostgreSQL.
- Asynchronous Task Management: Implement and manage asynchronous tasks using Celery or Kafka to handle background processes efficiently.
- Caching and Monitoring: Utilize Redis for caching, monitoring, and logging user activities to enhance application performance and reliability.
- Real-time Updates: Implement WebSockets for delivering real-time updates to users, ensuring low latency and high responsiveness.
- AI Integration: Integrate AI models and services into existing applications to enhance functionality with machine learning and AI capabilities.
- Version Control: Manage code repositories using Git and GitHub for a streamlined development process with proper version control.
